What is the promotion?
Registered Hilton Honors members will earn Double Points per stay at non-luxury and non-resort properties and Triple Points per stay at luxury or resort properties during the promotion period. There is no limit to the total amount of Bonus Points that may be earned during the Promotion Period with this offer.

At which properties will I earn Triple Points for my stays?
Waldorf Astoria® Hotels and Resorts and Conrad® Hotels and Resorts are considered luxury properties; additionally, multiple brands within the Hilton portfolio have eligible resort locations. See here for a full list of luxury and resort properties that qualify for the Triple Points promotion. You can also book resort properties directly through Hilton.com.

What is the Promotion Period for the “Moments Made Bigger” Hilton Honors promotion?
September 10, 2018 through January 3, 2019 (‘Promotion Period’)

How is the earn rate calculated?
For every US $1 spent,

  • You’ll get 10 Base Points (5 Base Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton)
  • An additional 10 Bonus Points with this promotion for staying at non-luxury or non-resort hotels, (5 Bonus Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton), and 20 Bonus Points with this promotion for staying at luxury or resort hotels
  • Hilton Honors Elite Tier Bonus for Silver, Gold and Diamond Members (calculated off of the Base Points earned)

Non-luxury or non-resort example: A Diamond member registered for the Moments Made Bigger Promotion and stays for two nights at a Hampton with a rate of $100 per night would earn a total of 6,000 Hilton Honors Points.

  • 10 Base Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 2,000 Base Points
  • 10 Bonus Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 2,000 Bonus Points
  • 10 Elite Tier Bonus Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 2,000 Elite Tier Points

Luxury or resort example: A Diamond member registered for the Moments Made Bigger Promotion and stays for two nights at a resort property with a rate of $100 per night would earn a total of 8,000 Hilton Honors Points.

  • 10 Base Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 2,000 Base Points
  • 20 Bonus Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 4,000 Bonus Points
  • 10 Elite Tier Bonus Points x $100 x 2 Nights = 2,000 Elite Tier Points

Does my incremental spend on things like room service count towards my Bonus Points?
Yes. Additional spend on room service or other services charged to the room will count towards earning Bonus Points; however, additional spend on services at Hampton by Hilton™, Tru by Hilton™, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, and Home2 Suites by Hilton® will not count towards earning Bonus Points.

What is an eligible stay? 
An eligible stay is defined in the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions under Accrual of Points number 3. 

Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Hilton Honors members must register for the promotion at HiltonHonors.com/MomentsMadeBigger.

I am not a Hilton Honors member; can I participate in this promotion?
You can join the Hilton Honors program for free, register for the promotion and immediately be eligible to participate. Simply visit HiltonHonors.com/MomentsMadeBigger and follow the steps to join Hilton Honors and register for the promotion simultaneously. 

What are the Terms and Conditions of the promotion?

Which Hilton Honors brands are participating in the promotion? 
Except for all Hampton by Hilton™ hotels in China, all Hilton Honors brands are participating in the promotion: Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Curio Collection, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Canopy by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites, Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Are all rates included in this promotion?
No. A list of ineligible rates can be found under the Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions: Accrual of Points number 3. 

If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay. Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any registered guests with nights within the Promotion Period will receive the promotion bonus.

If I check-in before September 10, 2018, or check-out after January 3, 2019, do I still earn credit for that stay? 
Registered Hilton Honors members will receive a bonus only for the nights of an eligible stay completed during the Promotion Period, regardless of a check-in date before the Promotion Period begins or a check-out date after the Promotion Period ends. For example, if a member has a 4 night stay (two nights within the promotion period and two nights outside of it) the two nights inside the promotion period will receive Bonus Points.

Will I receive Bonus Points with the “Moments Made Bigger” promotion for any stays within the Promotion Period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion? 
No. Only members registered prior to check-out will receive Bonus Points with the “Moments Made Bigger” promotion for nights within the Promotion Period.

When will the Bonus Points post to my Hilton Honors account?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the Bonus Points to appear in your Hilton Honors account.

If I have two rooms at the same time with my family, do both of those rooms count toward my promotion bonus if I am paying for them both? 
A Member may earn Base Points for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio. Base Points will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both rooms. For any other bonuses, including Hilton Honors Marketing Partner Bonus Points and other promotional bonuses, Bonus Points will be awarded on one room only.

Will I earn Bonus Points for Reward Stays with the “Moments Made Bigger” promotion? 
Members will earn Bonus Points with the “Moments Made Bigger” promotion if they have incidental charges during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges. This does not apply to incidental charges for stays at Hampton by Hilton™, Tru by Hilton™, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, and Home2 Suites by Hilton®. Can I register for other promotions if I register for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other select promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.
